Return&Exchange

HOAPA guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason. We offer returns or exchanges on NON-CUSTOM products within 30 days after product is received so long as they have not been used. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Contact support@hoapasports.com to initiate your return or exchange.

Please note: All return/exchange shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package.

Shipping

We currently ship all of our products internationally expedited shipping services such as Fedex and DHL. Standard Free shipping is offered on any order over 129.99USD. You can see the shipping cost at checkout page once the shipping address is typed in.

All custom products are shipped within 5-10 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

We currently do not deliver to P.O box, APO and FPO.
